More About Me

Greater Seattle-area Broker

Background & Real Estate Philosophy:

Having lived in Seattle for more than 20 years, I have a strong familiarity of the region and can council you on the best area to suit your needs. Whether it’s a condo in downtown Seattle, an acreage on the Eastside, or a cabin in the woods, my knowledge of the area gained through work and play will be a great asset in assisting you through the home buying and/or selling process.

My professional background includes twenty years in sales across several industries and positions, which have led me to a career in real estate. One of the main reasons I chose real estate as a profession is the opportunity to assist people with one of the biggest purchases of their lives. Along with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, the experience I gained in the different positions held in my career make me uniquely qualified to assist buyers and sellers alike.

I understand that buying or selling a home can be, at times, an emotional experience, and I will respect your individual needs with empathy and compassion. By listening carefully to what you want to achieve with the sale or purchase of your home, I will work tirelessly to help you reach your goals. My highest priority is you, and I will always have your interests first as your biggest advocate. By providing knowledge of the current market, timely answers, honest opinions and clear expectations, success will follow naturally. I take pride in delivering great results for my clients.

In the end buying or selling a home is all about the people and the relationships, and working with people is the most rewarding part of what I do. My promise to you is that I will always be honest and forthright, which I feel is the best policy to live by. My success is truly measured by my clients' happiness.
